Fan Miguel Hit Suffering From Brain Damage?
R&B singer Miguel (pictured) became an instant darling of the meme-o-sphere with his errant leg drop on to a fan’s head at the Billboard Music Awards (BMA) last month. And now, according to TMZ, that fan may have sustained brain damage from the incident and is contemplating legal action.

Vip Bhola, victim Khyati Shah’s lawyer, told TMZ that “some of the difficulties she’s experiencing are cognitive in nature and lead to suspicion of a neurological head injury.”
Bhola also said that BMA’s response to Shah’s injury — an ice pack designed to soothe elbows — was insufficient. Instead, Bhola says Shah should’ve been rushed to the hospital.

Currently, Shah is reportedly waiting for results from a neurological exam next week that will determine if she files suit or not.
Calls to Miguel and BMA were not returned.
