RTA Driver Shot with a Pellet Gun
CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) –
An RTA bus driver is recovering after being shot with a pellet gun.
The attack happened around 11:30 p.m. Tuesday in the area of Harvard Avenue and East 138th Street in Cleveland.
The driver was on route #15. He tells police he opened the bus door at a stop, and that is when someone shot him in the stomach with the pellet gun.
He was taken to MetroHealth Hospital, where he was treated and released.
There are no arrests at this time.
