Motown On Broadway’s Biggest Week Ever

According to The Broadway League Thanksgiving week was a big week on Broadway in New York City.  $31 million was made between 32 different Broadway shows.  “The Lion King” netted $2.3 million.  The biggest suprise came from “Motown The Musical”.  It earned a reported $1.5 million over 8 shows.  It was the show’s best week ever and a record for the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre.
