Suge Knight Shot At Chris Brown’s Pre-VMA Party [VIDEO]
Oh boy this is bad…very bad. According to TMZ, shots rang out at 1OAK Nightclub in West Hollywood at around 1:30 AM Sunday and Suge Knight was shot six times and taken to the hospital by ambulance. Sheriff’s deputies had guns drawn as club-goers exited with their hands in the air right after the shooting.
Suge walked out of the club by himself but was spotted by a police officer and taken to a police car where he sat and awaited medical attention. Suge was then put in an ambulance and taken to a local hospital.
Knight has undergone surgery and is currently in ICU. Luckily he is expected to recover.
Multiple sources tell TMZ that Suge was only one of 3 people who were shot. At least 1 is in critical condition.
The night reportedly started with tension as an hour or so before the shots rang out, rapper Game came to the club and when he couldn’t get in he and his crew got into an altercation with security guards … there was allegedly a full-on fight. Game eventually left after he couldn’t get in but his friends stayed behind.
Tyson Beckford, Robert Ri’chard and Apple de Ap all told TMZ that they were inside the pre-VMA party hosted by Chris Brown when they heard 4 shots ring out inside the club.
According to TMZ the block is now hot because the cops are interested in a one particular common denominator about that party. That common thread would be the fact that Chris Brown, Suge and Game all have Blood affiliation.
Eyewitnesses reported to TMZ that Brown was throwing up gang signs before the shooting inside the club and he was performing with a red bandana which is a notorious signal of Blood affiliation. Chris has been doing this for months though. This isn’t new for him.
Game too has been a known and proud member of the Bloods in the past. And as for Suge , well one of the widest known facts surrounding him is that he has long been affiliated with the Bloods.
TMZ says that the cops are interested in all of this because there were several known gang members surrounding Chris at the time of the shooting.
This whole scenario could prove to be big trouble for Brown because he’s still on probation in theRihanna beating case and somehow we don’t’ think that a judge is going to view throwing gang signs up in a club etc as learning the lessons they are trying to teach him. If you recall he has only been out of jail for a few months now. Something tells us to keep our eyes out for either the judge or prosecutors to be speaking about this soon.
