Nationwide Children’s Hospital raising minimum wage to $15 an hour

Owwwwwwww! Nationwide Children’s Hospital employees will see a bump in their paychecks! The hospital has rolled out a wage increase. Reports say minimum pay at the hospital will be increased to $15 an hour, with full implementation by the end of 2020.

According to MyFox28Columbus.com, nearly 1,800 minimum wage employees will be affected by this positive change.  Additionally, another 2,000 employees in similar positions who already make $15 per hour will receive pay increases.

Nationwide Children’s Hospital says they are the first hospital in Central Ohio to put a $15/hour minimum wage in place.
